How delivery works

After checkout you get a private order page. Once your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, we add a Discord gift link for each item to that page, and email you if you gave an email.

Open a gift link while signed in to Discord to redeem it, or send it to the friend it's for. Each link works once, for whoever opens it first.

When you can get a refund

We can't deliver an item: you get a refund for that item, or a replacement of equal value if you prefer.

A delivered gift link doesn't work the first time it's opened: tell us within 7 days with your order link and we'll replace it or refund it.

When we can't refund

Once a gift link has been redeemed, it can't be returned or refunded, because Discord can't reverse a redemption. That includes links redeemed by someone you shared them with.

Payments sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network can't be recovered by us.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are sent in the cryptocurrency you paid with, to an address you give us, for the amount you paid minus the network fee for sending it. Because crypto prices move, the value in dollars may differ from what you paid.
